Upload multimedia files associated with your talk or poster

The deadline for uploading these files is end of July. The pre-recorded videos will be published in early August. These multimedia materials are optional: if we don’t receive the files for a submission by the deadline, we won’t publish them. In addition, recordings of the live talks will be published regardless of the existence of a pre-recorded talk.

These optional files will be published on the conference website, and videos will be published on YouTube. By submitting them you are giving us consent to publish it on those platforms.

Please upload the files only when you are happy with the result. If you do small last-minute adjustments to your slides or poster that are just for the live presentation, you don't need to upload a new version here. If you really must upload a new version, submit a new form with just the new files.

If you uploaded a large video, it may take a long while to process. Please don't close this window. Thank you for your patience.
