- Poster sessions: Monday and Thursday late afternoon.
- Conference trip: Wednesday afternoon, ending at the banquet location. Several options will be provided.

The Industry Gala is scheduled for Tuesday late afternoon. The agenda includes:

Poster sessions
Scheduled for Monday and Thursday late afternoon. Drinks and light dinner (meal boxes) will be provided after the talk sessions and before the poster sessions.
Excursion
An excursion is planned for Wednesday, September 11th, from noon until evening. Transportation will be provided, but entrance fees will be covered by each participant. Possible destinations include:
– Churaumi Aquarium (Ocean Expo Park)
– Okinawa World
An information desk with further details and sign-up will be set up on the first day of the conference.
Conference Banquet
The conference banquet will take place on Wednesday, September 11th, at 7:00 PM at the Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha-Bay. Participants joining the excursion can take advantage of direct bus transportation from the excursion location to the hotel on the way back.
