*You have to pay the registration fee in INR. Registration fee includes tax (18%). Price in USD is only for reference. 

  • Access to all scientific sessions: September 15-19 ,2025
  • Lunch and dinner on all days, a registration kit, and a ticket for the cultural event.
  • Entrance to Conference Dinner: September 17, 2025

Timeline (for conference)

  • 21st May 2025 registration opens (400 tickets released).  
  • 21st  May 2025 student support applications open (only registration fee).
  • 15th June 2025 AoE: Student support applications deadline.
  • 20th of June 2025: Notification for student support.
  • 30th June  2025 :  Submission of participants details to get clearance to apply for Visa.  For all international participants, organising institute will submit participates details to Ministry of external affairs, Government of India to clearance to apply for conference Visa.  With approval letter, they can apply for Indian visa and it will be take 3- 15 days to get visa depending on the applicants location.
  • 30th of June 2025, AoE: Early bird registration deadline. Late bird registration opens (100 tickets released).
  • 31st of July 2024, AoE: Late bird registration deadline.
  • 15-19th of September 2025: 20th TQC Conference in Bengaluru, India

  • Registration open till 31st July 2025
  • It will be a sponsored event and no-registration fee. Participants will be selected from the submission.
  • 13-14th of September 2025, two-day workshop

Student support

  • 10 June 2025 is the last date for submitting application for student support.  Depending of the funding support  quantum of support will be announced.
  • Students applying for support  Should not register for the conference before you receive the notification for your support application; if it is successful you will receive a discount code for the registration.
  • Aimed at PhD students, and master students on their last year, whose host institution cannot cover their registration cost.
  • Limited number of support will be granted. Priority will be given to students presenting talks, then students presenting posters.
  • Student support includes: waiving of conference fee for up to 20- 30 students, accommodation in shared rooms for up to 20  students. Travel support is subjected to availability of funds.
